Chelsea graduated college from Winthrop University in 2019 where she played Division 1 Golf and obtained her Healthcare Administration degree. In 2020, the world changed as we knew it, when COVID hit. When everything shut down, including golf courses at one point, Chelsea wanted to take up a new hobby and passion.

For the next year, Chelsea and her mother, Michelle, taught themselves how to bake and create royal icing cookies. In November of 2021, Chelsea began "Cookies Fore Golf", to help fund her golf career.

In 2023, Chelsea has expanded her arsenal of cookie creating tools and is opening shop officially. Sales will continue to go towards her golf career expenses, and of course paying business expenses.
